Yin Yoga @ Rockwell Hall

JEB Little Creek MWR Fitness is hosting a yin yoga group exercise class every Friday at 11 am inside Rockwell Hall Gym. Yin yoga involves holding passive poses for extended periods, typically three to five minutes, to focus on deep stretching and relaxation of connective tissues, ligaments, tendons and fascia. All classes are subject to change depending on attendance.
