NAS Oceana MWR Fitness is hosting a mission nutrition course on Thursday, September 4. This class will assist participants with their nutritional goals. It will cover many great topics including basic nutrition, weight control, fad diets, planning meals, smart shopping, supplements, sports nutrition and nutrition recovery. Preregistration is required.
